I had never been to the Mercado Hidalgo - I know, I know, Lonely Planet rates it as #34 of 66 things to do in Tijuana, and yet. Not being a tourist in a city means you might not do everything in tourist-y lists. We went there looking for chickpea flour and came out with loads of Mexican candies, a stone to sharpen knives, and a coffee pot. I regretted not having taken the camera with me - hence the photo of the flowers here, sorry -, but I decided next time we went I would carry the camera. Will will still be off school next week, so it might totally happen.
Today we went to Playas to wander round and look at the new walkway. I might post photos later in the usual places. Not later today, but later.
